Professional Perspective to the Parliamentary Review
Friday 10th March 2017
10.00 – 3.00 pm
The Media Resource Centre, Oxford Road, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 6AH
We are delighted to inform you of an upcoming event being undertaken collaboratively between the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges Wales and the RCN in Wales. The aim of the event is to provide a professional perspective to the Parliamentary Review of Health and Social Care in Wales, chaired by Dr. Ruth Hussey, CB OBE. The event is aimed at doctors and nurses who are likely to have a prolonged career trajectory within healthcare in Wales, and therefore, may be part of delivering the vision in the future.
We aim to ensure a wide ranging and well informed doctors perspective is enabled, and would be delighted if you would nominate two representatives from your College/Faculty who will still be working in the NHS in 20 years and who can commit to attending. Their contribution will be invaluable to this process and ensure the doctors voice is articulated. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed (Academy rates)
We would be grateful if you or the nominated representatives could indicate to Rhona Workman on 02920 680 713 or firstname.lastname@example.org , whether you are able to attend this event as soon as possible. Please be aware that whilst we are aiming to accommodate all interested parties, there are a maximum of 25 doctors places available.
